Reading the option "enable drag and drop" I thought of this:

"It’s a small command-line utility that will allow you to change the number of pixels the mouse has to travel before a drag operation is initiated"

it would be nice to have the same functionality so I reduce the number of tools I run.

Classic Shell does not incorporate tweaks to change Windows system settings. The settings only affect its own components. Dragsens works to change the drag sensitivity system wide perfectly.
