I thought it would be a lot more awesome if the taskbar and start menu had blur effects that's why I had to make this request. Please make it true! Thanks!

Blur is only supported for Windows 7 and Windows 10. 8 and 8.1 are missing the blur capabilities.

Of if you have Aero Glass for Windows 8 installed: http://www.glass8.eu/ then blur will be available on Windows 8/8.1.

(Although the option to enable it on the Taskbar will, ironically, be labelled "Opaque")

Too bad. :( Maybe I should update my laptop to Windows 10.

The Aero Glass program didn't work but thanks anyways. :)

Oh my God don't do that! Windows 10 is an atrocious ripoff that will rob you of essential Windows features and constantly abuse your bandwidth, and waste your time by resetting your settings with automatic build upgrades. Stay with Windows 7 or 8.1 until Microsoft gets the upgrade process right.
