Can you add an option to customize the title bar with a texture, like you did with the task bar?
Can you do the same with all the start menu skins (not just the metallic)?

Title bar of each app belongs to the app's process unlike the Taskbar which is in Explorer.exe. But you can use themes/visual styles to skin the title bar after installing UxStyle.

I am a Windows enthusiast and helped a little with Classic Shell's testing and usability/UX feedback.

Not only that, but the title bar and the window borders are "non-client areas" and are incredibly hard to skin, even from inside the application.
