So, I previously made a request about 'Aero glass,' but I want there to be a feature that gives you the REALLY COOL LOOKING black and white lines thing on the taskbar, like this:

















Those black and white thin lines on top of the taskbar is what I'd like to request for in classic shell '4.2.6,'

Your picture is broken; I assume you mean the line at the top of the taskbar giving it that '3d' effect' that is mostly missing in windows 10?
Either way, its unlikely IVO will include any such modifications to the look of the taskbar, as they would require re-skinning it.. (something classic shell doesnt even touch)
The only reason it can change the transparency/blur is, it was something easy to add

Well, then show me to a program that does allow that so I can stop bugging you guys about this kind of stuff.
