Sorting files in alphabetical order doesn't work in Windows Explorer (Windows 7).

It sorts like this:
Quote:
1
2
11
File 100
File
New Text Document
New

When it should be:
Quote:
1
2
11
File
File 100
New
New Text Document

Enable or Disable Numerical Sorting in Windows Explorer doesn't resolve this problem.

This problem is resolved in XYplorer: Sort filenames by base
Quote:
Check it to sort filenames primarily by base, secondarily by extension. Note that Windows Explorer
always sorts by full name (base + extension).

Is it possible to implement this feature in Classic Shell's Classic Explorer?

No, Classic Explorer has no control over the sorting.
