Hi, I hate that I can't move only one window in taskbar. If I have 3 windowsfolders open and move 1 Windowsfolder the other 2 windowsfolders are moving too.
Is there an option that you can split the tabbed windows?

Look for a tool called 7+ Taskbar Tweaker. I've been using it for years to customize the taskbar behavior.
