Short Version: Add the &U and &R keyboard shortcuts to "Update and ..." commands on the start menu

One of the reasons I use Classic Shell is so that I can quick navigate my start menu with keyboard commands, a habit ingrained over twenty years of using Win95 onwards. One of these is Win-U-U for shutting down and Win-U-R for restarting. Unfortunately, when windows has an update pending, these menu items change from "Shut Down" and "Restart" to "Update and Shut Down" and "Update and restart". But they lose their keyboard shortcuts. Please re-add the keyboard shortcut on the u and the r key. (In older windows stuff, this was done by putting an ampersand before the affected letter.)

You can add the ampersand in the L10N file.

That would be the file at C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\StartMenuL10N.ini. Make sure to edit it and save the changes in an elevated (admin) instance of a text editor.
