What is it that you want? The color of compressed and encrypted files cannot be changed in Explorer starting with Windows Vista (and all later versions including Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10). It was only possible on Windows XP with TweakUI. |

That's because it uses a different older control which supports that. |
