Hi Classic Shell, In WinXP & before, when I hit [F2] on a selected file to rename, the whole file name (including extension is selected to rename. Starting with Vista (so I've read), when renaming a file, only the file name is selected. I just installed Classic Shell/Explorer hoping there was a fix for this behavior. Is there any way you can include an option to fix this with your next update. Maybe even modifier key combos so we can use either method. Thanks for any help you can provide, CTB |
