"simple folder view" enable or disable option its not present on classic shell 4.2.4 for W10, its a bug or windows limitation ?

The setting did not work well for Windows 10 due to changes to the navigation pane in Explorer. I had to take it out.

Open Classic Explorer Settings. On the Navigation Pane tab, there is a Navigation Pane style option. Is there "Windows XP Simple" available? Windows XP Classic had to be removed on Windows 10 because Microsoft broke it.

I am assuming you are asking about the dotted lines in the navigation pane. Then no, there are no plans to show them on Windows 10. The new Explorer is not compatible with the lines.
