Win 8.1 had start screen which had some nice features. Win10 start menu has problems 1. No custom backgrounds like the start screen, you can only select color 2. Grouping exists but no way to rearrange entire groups by dragging group header by finger or in semantic zoom view 3. No horizontal scrolling with multiple columns 4. No sorting of all apps list by date, frequency of use or category please ivo can you retrofit any of these features into classic menu? |

1. Backgrounds are a nice idea but where do we have any place in the Start Menu for backgrounds without making the text unreadable? 2. Groups are a nice idea. For now, you can use this trick for fake groups: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3403 3. You already have multiple columns if you use the cascading style menu. 4. Sorting by name is possible and main menu is sorted by frequency of use. Sorting by date would be nice for All Programs menu. |
