I would like to be able to change the Shutdown button to say Restart since I do more restarts than shutdowns. That way I wouldn't have to open the shutdown menu to do a restart.

Thanks,

If you are using Windows 7 style of the menu, right click the Start button -> Settings. Type "Shutdown" into search box of the settings dialog and change the action to Restart.

If you are using Classic style of the menu, go to the Customize Start Menu tab in Settings. In the left column, scroll down and double click 'Shutdown dialog'. Change its command to 'restart' and click OK twice to save settings.
