Hello,

please add an option to Classic Start Menu Settings to set the size of the "Aero button".

The "Aero button" currently is exceeding the height of the taskbar when using small taskbar icons.

If you can not add such an option, then please at least add a "Small Aero button", which fits the height of the taskbar when using small taskbar icons.

It would be much appreciated.

If you open C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenuDLL.dll in Resource Hacker, you will find the Aero button in PNG format of various sizes. You can save the PNG, use it as a Custom button and then adjust the size.

But, no, i do not consider that as a solution. Why should i install another application just to dig out the "Aero button" icon in the other sizes, if they could simply be included in Classic Start Menu Settings directly?

Please include the icon in various sizes in the Classic Start Menu Settings directly (or allow it's size to be adjustable just like the "Classic button"). I fail to see how it makes sense to allow adjustable size for the "Classic button" but not for the "Aero button".

No offense though.

So, it would be much appreciated if you could change that.

The size of the Classic button can't be adjusted. Only the size of the icon can.
The Aero button is intended to match the size of the Windows 7 start button. If you want something more custom you need to use the custom button setting. That's what it's for.
