Hello.

I think it would be greatful with a "Apply button" in configuration window, at bottom left for example.

Most settings are applied immediately, and the rest require the start menu to be restarted. So Apply button would be useless.

Yes, almost all settings except Start Button, icon sizes and some others are applied instantly.
