I'm on Windows 10 1809 update with the last CS version 4.3.1
Using a custom image on Metallic skin, there's an anomaly using the all programs inside tree.
I never noticed before because I used the outside flyout submenu option.
Example: I open all programs area. Notice the cloud in sky of the picture.
Now if the folder is clicked to open, all the tree image area below is shifted down.
Notice there are now two clouds.
If I hover the mouse cursor lower over all the below entries or move the cursor out of programs tree area,
the image corrects itself back to normal.
It's very odd. Maybe a refresh problem?
Just tried on Windows 8.1 same issue.
