With the last Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition update, Classic Shell cause blinking on screen. And the last Classic Shell version 4.3.1 not solve the problem

Also, check if you have a file named "idtnc64.cpl" in C:\Windows\System32, and if so, delete it |
