I was going to use a taskbar texture, but when I apply it, the taskbar is not fully skinned.

This will be fixed in the version of Classic Shell after 4.3.0.

Is there any estimate on when this may happen?

Thank you so much for helping work on this software! It's the only reason I have been able to deal with Windows 10!!

The new version is almost ready. I need to sort out some issues with the digital certificate first.
