Post subject:	cannot drag and drop shortcuts onto start menu
1) when trying to drag and drop shortcut items onto the start button, I get a black circle with a slash through it. Hovering / waiting does not expand the start menu. 2) when I click the start button and open the start menu, when I RIGHT CLICK and empty area, there is no option to add a shortcut there either. Is it possible you are dragging from a process that runs as admin?
