If i want to just delete the Classic Shell folder it says: "something in this map is opened" BUT I CANNOT CLOSE THAT PROGRAM!!!!!

You don't delete Classic Shell folder to remove it. You run the uninstaller from Control Panel -> Programs and Features. To completely clean up all settings too or if the uninstall did not work, you can use the Classic Shell Utility: http://www.mediafire.com/download/3uker ... tility.exe |
