Hi! I placed an lnk in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\<subfolder> started a program from CSM, which then appeared in the MRU list. Then I removed that icon. I got this in the MRU list: (I can't remove it (no context menu), it doesn't start anything.)

How did you "remove that icon"? |

Try logging off, and see if that removes the extra menu item. |

Well, it didn't disappear. But it got down the list normally as I started other stuff so I guess it'll be gone sometime. |
