When I want to transfer even small amounts of data, I need to open the folders within explorer.exe, so the whole purpose of Classic Shell is kind of dead for me, if there a solution for this? How do I really open the pinned folders? I want to click on start, double-click on a folder, and this must open its original location, not the AppData pointer/link, please help! Thanks for reading. |

Folders are pinned as links to allow you to view their contents in the start menu. If you want to just pin the folder itself, first create a shortcut to it (for example on the Desktop) and then pin the shortcut. |
