Hi,
Thanks a lot for providing us the great tools.

My problem is Win10 login (the time between password with enter and seeing the desktop) need about 20 seconds.
At beginning, I stop those programms and service does not need run at startup, but no improvement.
At last, I found if uninstall Classic Shell, the login time reduce to about 3 seconds, if reinstall Classic Shell, the login time recover to about 20 seconds.

I think the slowdown has something to do with ClassicStartMenu (I install only this module).

I have tried enabling the startup logging.
In Regedit, go to HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\Settings and create a new DWORD LogStartup and set it to 1 and restart the computer.
But the path %LOCALAPPDATA%\ClassicShell does not exist, nor does StartupLog.txt.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Did you restart after setting the LogStartup value?

Yes, I restarted the computer more than once.

Are you sure the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\ClassicShell doesn't exist? That's where the start menu caches all icons. If the folder doesn't exist, then there's no caching, and it will be slow.
Possibly %LOCALAPPDATA% doesn't exist?
