Post subject:	Simply does not work.
I installed the utility. First impression: outstanding. However ... Tried pinning Calculator to Start Menu. Then immediately the Start is non-responsive; no ClassicShell or standard Win10. I restarted the PC. Although the ClassicShell is installed ... the standard win10 menu is in-effect. Tried an uninstall - reboot - install ... and no change. No ClassicShell start menu. No log to explore to see if there was an error on start. The computer behaves as though ClassicShell is not even installed. Yet, I know it is there and running because I changed the Start Menu icon to the "Shell" and that is what I see where the standard Win10 grid would normally be.

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/ Run it, save a log file, and send the file to me.

You have changed the setting to open the Windows Start menu with the mouse click on the start button. Probably that's why you don't get the Classic menu. Try pressing the Win key instead. You can adjust what action opens which menu from the Controls tab in the settings.

That restored the ClassicShell. But that was a result of me fiddling with the options after I lost all Start menu functions (Standard and ClassicShell). I'll pin a few more items and let you know if I encounter the same problem. Thanks!
