Hi there! Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section. I would love to use this program, but it looks like I'm unable to install it. When I run the installer, it freezes at "Preparing to install..." and doesn't go past that. I've tried redownloading the program, running it as an administrator and in compatibility mode (Windows 7 and Windows 8) but that doesn't seem to change anything. Is there anything I can do to make this install? Thank you. |

Do you have an older version of Classic Shell already installed? If so, try to uninstall it manually from the Programs and Features window, then reboot, then install the latest. |
