ClassicExplorer64.dll file will not delete from my system, it is 'in operation' but i cant find it! please help me delete it

If you uninstall, then restart, it should not be in use anymore.
If this doesn't work, you can rename the file, then restart, then delete it. This should only be used of all else fails. It will leave some junk in the registry.
