Start Menu - Applications Shortcut Icons Randomly Missing

Can any Body help me in, I have started facing a problem from past 4-5 days, I have missing icon of application shortcuts in my Classic shell start menu. I have tried everything, (System Restore/Uninstall-Reinstall CS/reading all posts). When I create new user in my laptop all the icons in CS visible good but only in my user account it is not visible.
I am using Windows 8.1 (64 Bit)

I need a solution on this, I cannot change my user as I have some certifications installed on my user which I cannot gain back. and I am not able to work good with this problem, Attaching the image with red marked missing icons for applications.

If you open the control panel in Explorer, do you see the icons?

I have the same problem... I open another thread with the same topic because I have't found this one. In my case only icons under "All programs" are svanished... While Under submenu "App" there are all the icons of the apps. If I select "property" in the contextual menu on the menu item, and after select "Change Icon" I can see the icon...and if I click on "Apply" (without change anything) The icon return on the menu...but I have big menu....I cannot do that for every missed icon! Sometime icons are also missed in Explorer, but when you visualize they are rebuild quickly, but this operation don't resolve problem inside Classic Shell.

Exit the start menu (right-click on the start button, select Exit) Go to the %APPDATA%\ClassicShell folder and delete the DataCache.db file. Log out and log in. Report here if this fixed the problem.

I had the same problem to. Deleting DataCache.db didn't make any difference after logging back in. Then I ticked "Run this program as an administrator" on "ClassicStartMenu.exe". Then after I logged back in all missing icons reappeared.
