If you right click This PC in Windows File Explorer and click Manage, does Computer Management open? |

Since Computer Management doesn't open from Explorer either, the problem is not with Classic Shell, but something broke in your Windows. Classic Shell is only a Start Menu, and Explorer+IE addons. It does not modify the system in any other way or cause other functionality to break. Check if compmgmt.msc opens from the Run dialog (Win+R) or from the Start Menu's search box. If it still doesn't open then Microsoft Management Console (MMC.exe) related functionality is damaged on your Windows. It's a Windows related issue, please ask in Microsoft's forums. |

Which one is it? Do you see the Manage option but it doesn't do anything? Do you not see the Manage option? Also, does it work in Explorer when you right click on the computer? |
