Ok. I change my theme. The screen greys out, ordinary stuff. Then, the start orb shows ABOVE the theme changing grey-out. When I select it, the entire taskbar comes above, and I can open the start menu (above). I can then, from there, open other programs, but the other programs will stay below the theme changing grey-out, so when the theme is applied, the arrangement of programs could be different. It would be nice if you could fix this, as it is rather odd when everything is grey except for the start orb.

How about you don't use the start button while the theme is changing?
