upgrading to classic shell 4.2 caused malfunction on start menu and task bar. my task bar set to auto-hide. could no longer click a window in task bar to switch to it. rolling back to classic shell 3.5 fixed problem on windows 8 |

I am unable to reproduce the problem on 64-bit Windows 8 with Classic Shell 4.0.2. Are you sure the behavior is related to auto-hide? What is the position of your taskbar? Do you have multiple monitors? Also, save your settings to XML file and attach it here. |
