This is probably because the icon is cached. You can exit the start menu, then go to the %APPDATA%\ClassicShell folder, delete the DataCache.db file and restart the menu. |

In Classic Shell 4.0.4, this problem is fixed so after changing the folder icon, it will be shown in the Start Menu instantly. |
