ClassicShellSetup_4_0_0.exe, Win8.1 RTM x86 FRESH!
Trouble found in this place (see image) if installed EXPLORER CLASSIC.
100% Reproduced.

This bug has been reported earlier and the fix will be included in the next version: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1387
