Do you see the same problem when you just run Chrome in fullscreen mode? |

My guess is this has something to do with other software that is messing with the visibility of the taskbar. This would explain why restarting makes a difference. The order the programs are started can change. Do you have any suspicious programs that may be doing this? |

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was this "Logitech Gaming Software" I was using for my mouse. Uninstalled and so far so good. I'll post a new thread and reference this one if it happens again. Thanks for your help. |

Thanks for reporting about the Logitech software. It was the clue I needed to find the problem. It is related to the elevated process created by that software (it is not a fault in the Logitech software). The latest version 4.0.1 has a fix for this. Try it and report here if it fixes your issue. |
