Nevermind, after rebooting after installing 3.93 that problem went away.

In Beta 3.91 and 3.93 a startmenu folder does not remember the position of its items and mixes them all up once a new item is moved to it. |

Show me a screenshot. There are many places in the start menu that allow arranging of items, and each has its own implementation. |
