Am so glad I stumbled across this site while waiting for an update to download. I can't thank you enough for this. You have completely removed my irritation everytime I startup my laptop. Bought a new to me computer with Win 7 Pro 64 on it about 3 months ago and hated the new start button. Was annoyed that I couldn't switch to a classic start menu with a simple choice of preferences . They let me do it when I changed from Win95 to XP Home; don't know what peabrain  was responsible for it being left out, but I wanted to toss the laptop  at their collective heads. About pulled my hair out trying to find things I knew had to be there and trying to figure out how to get rid of stuff I didn't want. Bless you, bless you, bless you!!! :D
