Custom Themes, I have noticed that windows 8.1 themes will install and work, however they may cause issues (transparency):

How to modify your accent color (beyond the few colors they have available):
Hit win+R; Paste this:

Change the Login screen (Note this alters a system file, and thus may potentially (though not likely) break something)

Came across this Win 10 color changer from

By checking/applying, turns background autocolor to something like wacky 8.
More bright colors. Still has dark colors. Just a different mixed set it uses.
Some colors could be too bright, if using original 10 menu.
Works fine in Classic Shell Menu.

The windows border works too, just only 1 pixel wide.
Heard that in a future Win10 upgrade, MS will put back selected top border window color,
so it would be more noticable at that time.
