 Post subject: Taskbar problem

Every time when i hove my taskbar to the left, right or bottom and restart or log off and log back on, it goes back to the top.

I doubt this will work, but try locking it in place (right click, and select lock)
It sounds like something is reverting your changes (not classic shell, as it doesn't touch the task-bar)

Taskbar position is saved by Windows. Try moving the Taskbar using 'Taskbar and Start Menu' properties from Control Panel. There is a bug in the position getting saved if you move it by drag and drop.
