I truly thought that I had bombed on my choice to get a windows 8 desktop. (NO touchscreen). I have HATED it...hated it....dreaded using it etc. Classic Shell gave me my computer back. It is responsive, the wireless mouse even works better, I can find my pictures and documents and easily access my programs and do scans and cleanups. I turned off the stupid corner things also. I didn't see any other way to thank you other than here. You are "liked" on my facebook, donated to and now worshiped. I agree....IVO for PRESIDENT!!! If you can "cure" windows 8....please go fix Congress next. Thanks Ivo!!!!! |

In the "Windows 8 settings" tab there is an option to turn off all active corners. |

And I was a windows 7 user when I started using it... (In-fact, if not for classic shell I would have never 'upgraded' to windows 8 )

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was literally in tears, I hated windows 8 so much. I'm a poor college student right now, but if I ever have money to spare, I'll absolutely donate to you and this wonderful program! |
