Also, for the Hot to Pressed and the Pressed to Hot, it only supports one frame of animation between those two states anyway, and so is the Green value even necessary there, and must it also accompany a "Range" defined in the adjacent Pixel, or can simply one pixel be defined? for example,...

I think it would be cool to allow more than one frame from hot to pressed, even if there is a delay.. it could be a delay we are happy with, a fast animation, etc.. maybe a gear spinning which winds up the start menu

I suppose it would be nice if all there was an option to only smooth out all lines other than horizontal & vertical ones, but there really arent so many of them out there, and most times, you'd want the whole thing smoothed to look more natural.. but, i suppose such a filter would be a nice thin...

No, no, no, no, first of all, well, I actually forgot to delete the underlayer, so It was a bit 'fuzzier' than it should have been.. I've "Cleaned up" one of the images to remove most of the extra pixels. but I must say, people have not done this sort of graphic work since the early 90's ...

well, it will always do that when you zoom in.. no matter how big you make it, since you are essentially adding information which isnt there.. unless you make a vector graphic, which doesnt have that limitation..

a bit silly for a start menu orb though

The "Hide user picture" setting only affects the Windows 7 start menu. Is that what you are talking about? If not, then you need to look at the Skin settings and find "Show user picture". Do you mean it only affects the Windows 7 built-in Start menu, and not Classic Shell? if so...
