| Classic Shell already has that feature on Windows 8, it's just labelled "Opaque", likely because it does in fact make the Taskbar opaque if Aeroglass 8.1+ is not installed. But if you do have Aeroglass 8.1+, you'll get a nice glassy blur effect instead. |

| I did kind of figure everything out for the skin. It works as it should with a minimal regular theme. Just don't know enough about making a theme that can work in Win 10, that does not screw up the look on web pages. | Yes, the latest version of Classic Shell has a feature to override the Taskbar colour and image. It's a bit fiddly, but it should do the job. |

Adding to what Guarav said regarding the borders on the menu, one of the stock skins (Metro) has no borders. You might like it.

| If you install the Anniversary Update, you will need to use Classic Shell 4.3.0. It was released 5 days ago, and so far nobody has reported any issues with it.
