Yeah Ctrl+F1 will collapse the Ribbon. But you won't get your good old menu bar back unless you disable it. |

o_0 you need to frequently enable/disable buttons? Such as? You could use the Save to XML File/Load from XML File features (Backup button). You can create as many XMLs with varying configurations as the buttons you need to toggle or one XML file with all the buttons you don't want removed. |

SFC /scannow will only restore missing/damaged system files. This looks like a registry issue. You might need to do a System Restore to restore the registry to the date when the Control Panel expanded correctly. |

From Classic Explorer settings, Title bar tab, you can add the title to Explorer windows by checking the first option. Then if the full path option is checked in Folder Options, the full path will show in the title bar as well. |

@Tenzen, just use what you would use in the Windows Run dialog to add external commands. The labels beginning with $ are there for localization purposes. They will be auto-translated when the language is changed. The commands in the dropdown are internal (special) commands. |

That's right. Don't Expand should be checked because every time "Network" is accessed, Windows tries to refresh the computer list, hence the lag. |

So you are getting a Start button? Right click on it, then click Settings. Set 'Left click opens' to Classic Start Menu, set Shift+Click opens to Windows Start screen. Does that solve the problem? |

Actually, that list was generated using that internal tool. But it shows many broken CLSIDs in the registry. The list is filtered to show only the ones that work or are relevant. |

shellexecute and other executables just need to be in your system path. Are you linking to the batch file? You don't need the batch file at all. Just use the above command as the Start Menu command, just like you would use it from the Run dialog. |

If you enter just shellexecute it will show you the syntax. /F: <file to run> /P:<parameters to pass> /R:<window state>. So for your shutdown.exe, it should be: shellexecute /F:shutdown.exe /P:-s -t 300 /R:hidden. I haven't tested it. |

An unfortunate bug in Explorer.exe since Vista. With certain switches used, a second Explorer.exe process does start as expected but doesn't exit at all. We have to terminate it using Task Manager or taskkill. |
