Thanks.
 However before i tried it i checked few things and what surprised me was that when I moved Programs menu all the icons were shown:
It's like the Programs menu was some border for icons - upper menus had them, lower - don't... |

I join You coz for a week or two (didn't have time to write about it) have the same problem.
Icons exist where they should be, Apps Settings shows them, but there are not shown in Start Menu:
