Please follow the exact instructions here: http://www.classicshell.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=855#p4327 and you will get a classic style button with the Windows 8 logo. :) You are probably selecting custom button instead of classic button. Or clicking on 'button image' instead of 'button ic...

Aha you have the button set to "Custom" not "Classic" as I instructed. When set to Classic, the 'Button image' setting becomes greyed out and the 'Button icon' setting becomes enabled. You supply the icon there, then it will show properly. ok, but i need the Button image.. Where...

For the Classic button, you need an icon (*.ICO), not an image. Here, I made a ready-to-use icon for you: unfortunately I am not able to create the icon.... my icon always are to small.... :-(( see here... classicIcon.jpg http://www.classicshell.net/forum/download/file.php?mode=view&id=377
