With my Windows 8.1 Dell Laptop, I have pinned the Start Screen link to the top of the Start Menu. When I click on it, I go right to the Windows 8 .1 Start Screen with all of the apps. However, if I make a copy of Start Screen link and place it on my Desktop , clicking it opens the Classic Shell Sta...
