This happened with the previous beta too. So I uninstalled it, installed the beta from yesterday and when I click Finish, an installer pops up saying "Configuring Steam, please wait". I have Steam, I use it on a daily basis, but I don't know how is it related to Classic Shell. After the in...

No, I don't have Virtualbox installed, but UAC is turned off.

Well happened to me too. Win8 x64 Professional. I had StartIsBack before Classic Shell, but I completely uninstalled that before installing CS 4.0. 1. I installed Classic Shell 4.0 beta. 2. In the previous versions, I could do this, but in the 4.0 beta, the control_panel_categories is missing and even if I type it manually, it says it can't find it.
Is it a bug or will it be implemented later?
