| Worth a shot, I also got a recovery program called recuva. The initial scan didn't find it but I am currently running an advanced scan that may take up to 2 hours. I'll update when that's done. |

| I tried to click and drag the netflix app onto my desktop to make an icon and the icon did not work. I then deleted the icon and emptied my recycling bin. Then I realized that the app was gone and could not find it on the metro. Tried to reinstall it but windows store says it is already restored. I ... |
