I found out a solution: Just move those folders + items in Explorer instead in the startmenu and it goes OK. Is more of a workaround, but it's fine with me. Nevertheless many thanks for the information about drag and drop with keys pressed. Great product! Thanks.

Hi, I use the classic menu with two columns. When I drag and drop a single item from 'programs' to the left column, it moves correctly out of 'programs' into the left column. My intention is to remove the program folder with all the files in it to the pin area and put it on self made folders. I don't like the system to set-up all programs into program files. I like to have all picture programs together in a separate folder in the pin area. So the shortcuts can come along...

Hi, When dragging and dropping menu items from one column to the other it makes default shortcuts. You have to drag and drop with right button on the mouse to select move instead of making a shortcut. By any chance can we make it move items by default instead of making shortcuts? Much appreciated!

Great! Many Thanks! I will install it again! Note: When I uninstalled it, the classic menu on Explorer remained visible independently how the check-box of Always menu was set in options. Only after a restore of windows to a point where Classic Shell wasn't installed it disappeared. No I will re-inst...

I love this tool! Great! Thanks! I love the way I can re-use my old beloved start menu with Windows 7 instead of his own with the recent programs menu. I only want to use this start menu adaptation to the old menu. I don't want also Explorer to be the classical way. I'm quite used to the new Windows...
