Is there a way of getting the Aero Glass user picture effect where it stands above the top of the start menu like in Windows Vista or 7?

Hi; I do feel that CSM is the best addition to Windows 8 and is better than some of the others I have seen. One minor query, is it possible to get the pinned applications on the top of the start menu rather than the bottom in Vista / 7 mode? It looks weird with them being at the bottom, especially a...
