Yes, this is a known problem. There is no solution at the moment. The start menu closes when it becomes inactive. However for this to happen it has to become active first. Windows is trying very hard to prevent programs from activating without being actually clicked on with the mouse. Without a mou...

Hello. My Start Menu is configured to open on mouse hover but when I click on other window - it doesn't close. It closes only when I'm clicking on a task bar or desktop. Also if I have opened two windows e.g. Firefox and Skype, Firefox window is in foreground, I click Skype icon in task bar, window ...
