I do have it enabled. I tried the few different default skins available. After trying them out, I think the font enlarged slightly but the columns didn't widen.

I've tried just about everything other than installing an older version. Is there a way to manually make the column wider? It won't get any wider than the default setting. I don't remember about the DPI settings from before the hard drive crash, but I checked with my friend's PC that I set up quite some time ago. The installed version is 3.6.7. His DPI is set the same as mine right now which is the default Windows 7 setting and his Classic Shell All Programs sub-menu ...
