Hi, You are correct and the Zenworks icons are in the following location: [highlight=#ececec]C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu[/highlight] [highlight=#ececec] [/highlight] I file transferred to the PC and the icons are located under the path above in a staff or student...

Novell Zenworks locates its icons under

c:\program files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\cache\zmd\

But This does not explain how it works under my login and not a Staff or Student login.

We are using Windows 7 x64 Enterprise with Zenworks 11 and for some reason the start menu works great under my administrator login (screenshot below). Hi,
Thanks for the information The registry setting that I setup worked but when I log off log in as a user the registry settings do not take affect and then when I log back in all the settings have vanished? any reason why this is happening?
